    On 25th o may 2020, i purchased a gas stove worth rs 3449/- from amazon and later by the order got cancelled and refund got generated from amazon side with refund reference 892470, but it's 1st of june now and i haven't received it on my bank, so i called my bank customer support and they told me to visit the branch but i got no response neither from branch side employees nor from customer support. Kindly resolve my issue.

      Respected sir,
      Sub : closure of my fixed deposit a/c no 25 / 152 — (Rept no 0195003.)

      With due respect i would like to bring to your kind notice that i am an account holder in your bank for more than 10 years. Few months ago i had approached your prestigious bank in order to close my fixed deposits which was opened in the year of 2006.
      But with utter disappointment, i wish to inform you that unfortunately till date i have not received any message of the deposit closure.
      The deposit was matured on 28.12.2014 and till now i am unaware of my maturity value. Wherever i approach the bank to close the deposit i was given vague reply by manager and he showed reluctant to close and pay me the cash.
      For your kind information it is an individual account and i am the sole owner of the deposit. This money was deposited for the purpose of higher education to my elder daughter who has taken the medical profession. Due to the outbreak of covid 19 we have lost our daily income and now we are struggling for a day’s food.
      As the current unfortunate situation is hurting my family lives i want the deposits to be closed immediately and hence please close my deposit and pay me the maturity amount with till date accumulated interest.
      Understating the prevailing situation if you take necessary action as early as possible i will be highly grateful to you.
      If my amble request is not considered and denied my due payment, i may be forced to take up the matter to higher officials and also file a complaint with ombudsman to seek recovery for the losses i have sustained as result of your negligence.

      sir i made a request to the branch manager to make payment as the FD was to be paid to my daughter, s education
      the branch manager did not even get / receive my request letter and chased me like street dog. hence i want to complain to the higher authorities . pl arrange to get my money and due to corona lock down my family is starving for daily food.

        I was ordered items worth rs. 614/- on amazon online shopping using my indian bank atm card on 13th may 2020.. After few minutes i was cancelled my order. On that same day i got an email from amazon that was your refund has been initiated it will be on your account 2-3 working days. Reference number is #158580. Today date is 1st june 2020. Still i didn't received my refund from indian bank. I was called indian bank customer care they are not responding correctly. Please make my refund as soon as possible.

          Sir, i was doing irctc reservation but at that time transaction failed and amount debited from my indian bank debit card.
          Irctc says that amount refunded to indian bank from our end vide txn id[protected] and they suggested to contact with indian bank

                              I velammal uthuraju, holding an account at indian bank, nasikcity branch. I had ordered for a television which was prepaid, through amazon, but due to the lockdown, my order got cancelled.

                                        I have purchased HERBALIFE NUTRITION from amazon on[[protected]] by making payment of 1, 545 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[[protected]] with refund reference number of[A77NAWH60000KA4EAWOX]. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
