I velammal uthuraju, holding an account at indian bank, nasikcity branch. I had ordered for a television which was prepaid, through amazon, but due to the lockdown, my order got cancelled.
The cancelled prepaid amount was refunded by the amazon company,, but this refund is still not credited into my account by the bankers.
