Amazon processed a refund for rs 598/- on 25th march with Reference no. 610300 . But the bank hasn't made visible that amount in my passbook .
i have been repeatedly calling the amazon customer care service but the same answers are given that they have initiated my refund on 8th of April. the bank branch however seems to decline any such refund request in their notice. please look into this matter and solve this issue as early as possible . hoping for a positive outcome

    I did a transaction using PhonePe, the amount was debited from my account but it was not credited to the beneficiary. I would like a refund of the debited amount. The transaction ID is P2004061240021502994946.

          I have attempted to recharge for my jio number on 25th april 2020..but recharge was not processed..but my money was taken by your bank..as per information it should be refunded within 5buisness days..but i have not received my refund yet.

              It's been five days I am trying Indian bank net banking and it is down. If I call the customer care helpline I am put on hold indefinitely. Looks like no one cares. Worst service from Indian Bank.

                  Sir, there has been atm withdrawl failure on 14 march 2019... Of amount 49668 rs... I even complain indian bank but no response... This is not first time.. Indian bank always delayed refunding money by 1-2 month... On their officaial website its say if bank not able to return money by 5-7 day then bank will pay 100 rs as penalty for every day... Even this is rbi rule

                  I even complain on teir officaial website tis is reference number-inet[protected]

                  But they are holding unnecceasry amount and not paying interest and in tis lockdown i m shortage of money and even tere is medical emergency on my home may get even bigger if nothing is done... I can say whatever happen bank will responsible for being irresponsible... For all this cheating behaiviour

                  I have medical emerency in my home... And i m only left wit 4800 rs
                  Kindly return unwithdrawal amount rs 49864.38 which happen 14 marc 2019... I even complain for that...

                              I was sending 3000/rs to my friend 's google pay upi transaction completed by me also amount deduced from acount but google pay transation history shows failled transation also sms came from indian bank -

                              I had to pay amount 2462/rupay to mpokkey for which i went to their official app"mpokket" (Loan app). There i clicked pay now after that i chose pay through google pay there after a request was sent to google pay and i paid the money and transaction was successful and money debited from my account but mpokket app didnot show paid amount. Google transaction history shows amount credited to "bfsipaytm" ([protected]@icici). Google trandaction id is cicagkcrkerqsa. I request you to resolve this problm. If money was not credited to m pokket then refund the amount in my account."my mpokketloan id-cr2e635e9eid7464546. After approching m pokket customer servise on email they replied -
                              ""sorry to inform you that which amount you paid (Rs. 2462) against loan id (Cr2e635e9eid7464546), that was a failure transaction from your bank, if your money got deducted please contact your bank for a refund, and made your repayable amount as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered a redmi phone from amazon on 24.03.2020 and the amount i paid to amazon for this was 12998 inr. But after few days the order got cancelled and according to amazon the same amount has been trensferred to my account but till date i have not recieved the amount in my account. The reference no which was provided by the amazon is : 7be7kjdy0000k78iaxsc.
                                    I was told to contact the bank for the delay in payment. After that i have spoken several times to bank but got only one answer from them and that is"that there is no transaction made and there is no delay from the bank side" as they said.

                                    You can find the attached file for your reference.

                                    I would like to request you to lool into the matter urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
