      I have cancelled my order on amazon online and received refund reference no. from amazon on 29.02.20, order reference no. is 6UI6DR1N0000K6RKXFNY
      Till Now no payment received, My order was Order No.:[protected] dtd 24.02.20 but order was cancelled on 27.02.20 and i got refund main as i mentioned above.
      After 10-12 days passing i called indian bank customer care to take some look in this refund matter and i given him refund reference no. as i received from amazon., but he replied that refund reference number is not valid for look in to this matter, and demanded for UTR and ARN no. from amazon, and then contacted to the amazon customer care and they provide me this guide line .

      The above matter is for your kind attention please look in to the matter immediately.

        I ordered 2 items from amazon on feb 25 and i cancelled it. Amazon sent me a mail on 29 that they initiated the refund. But it's not reflected in my account. Here are the reference number

        Please make it soon i have been lagging by this for the past 2 weeks. I'm already an senior citizen. Look into this issue and resolve it asap

          I have made a transaction through amazon gate way where my amount got deducted but order didn't place.So they have processed a refund with reference number 757380, which has happened on 28th February .Till now the refund is not credited.I have made a call to both the parties Amazon and Indian Bank Customer Care Executives.No one solved me and got my refund.Do, can you please take this complaint and get my refund back.

              I purchased earphone from amazon on august 2019 and in january i requested refund which has been initiated by amazon but not credited in my bank account. Amazon gave my billing reference number:- yksi98m70000jyhi79wh, i showed to indian bank executive but they denied any kind of credit from amazon so amazon customer executive told me to file dispute form.
              It has been 15 days but i haven't got my refund. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                Hi team, as i had booked denim product from amazon and had the payment. After few minutes i had canceled the order, once i cancelling the order i got an email from amazon saying i will get the refund with in 4 business working days. After waiting for 4business days i went to bank. To check is that refund has done or not. And later bank person told me to wait for 7 business working days.. I said ok and went after 7working days.. Now still the amount is not refunded to my account. When i spoke to amazon team they told they have done the payment and gave the refund reference number #615870.. Now when i spoke to bank manager thy are saying they don't no.. Can you plz look in to this and help me in getting my amount back.

                  I made an online purchase on clubfactory. I made 2 transactions towards clubfactory...one payment of ₹.2537.39/- on Feb 9th 2020.(UPI transaction ID is[protected]. Another transaction of ₹.349/- made on Feb 11th 2020.(UPI transaction ID is[protected].
                  These two payments was successful and amount was deducted from my bank account.. but clubfactory order was not placed and payment status showed up unpaid...when I contacted...

                    I have cancelled an order from amazon on 29/02/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 29/02/2020 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

                    With reference to the earlier complaint, Still amount not refunded.
                    I have transferred the amount of RS 3640 from my UPI I'd [protected]@okicici (Google pay ) UPI transaction id is[protected] send to [protected]@okhdfcbank but not transferred that amount above that UPI Id...so please make sure above that refund request on my Google pay UPI payment or my Indian bank account number is [protected]

                    I have transferred the amount of RS 3640 from my UPI I'd premnath5973@okicici (Google pay ) UPI transaction id is 006107167124 send to stylechan1996@okhdfcbank but not transferred that amount above that UPI Id...so please make sure above that refund request on my Google pay UPI payment or my Indian bank account number is 6053022859

                              Hy i m odring a oder 24th feb with amazon and suddenly i was cancelled but the debited amount is not credited in my account and amazon says that amount should be reflecting in my account by 3 to 5 buissnes days but
                              It's over on 2nd of march and my amount was not reflecting in my account please have look in to it and resolve the issue. And amazon says they process the refund successfully. But yet the amount not credited.
