Indian Bank — bank issue

Have returned the purchased item from myntra and i was promised refund of rs 1298 within 10 days of return but failed to receive the refund. On calling myntra they said that the refund have been sent from their side but the bank hasn't processed yet so want to know what has gone wrong from the bank's side. Please find a solution and revert back asap. Thankyou
