Dear sir,

Greetings from mesco,

Sub: complaints with regard to the staff behavior and non cooperation – reg.

Ref: s/b accounts no’s[protected],[protected] &[protected].

Being associated with your branch for more than a decade, we are facing some worst experiences in the day to day functioning at darulshifa, branch hyderabad.

The main purpose of opening an account with your branch was to facilitate meeting immediate banking transaction and also opening salary account of one of our project.

Need not to elaborate the ongoing issues related in the field of banking sectors, there are several options open for us and well reputed have already extended their best in class services and want us to be associated with them.

Few of my ongoing problems i would like to bring to your kind notice are as follows:

1). Every month on an average we are disbursing around 35 in numbers the financial aid to the deserving students through cheque payments and the same have to be neft / rtgs and the service charges are also included and whenever these are presented in the bank the staff advise us to utilize the net banking instead of submitting in the bank.

Even for posting the monthly salaries to the beneficiaries, they insist that we do it ourselves online, and there are two staff who are totally indisplined and just passing time the one is mr. Goud and the other staff is mr. Balraj they always give excuses that it is taking a long time for them to post the salaries etc.

2). We are presently continuing the facility of our staff salaries through your bank and at the time of opening it was made very clear that we need zero balance but our staff members are facing difficulties and they have been asked to maintain a minimum balance of rs.1000/- and if due to any reason they are not in a position to maintain the said balance, they have been penalized.

3). Over and above it is very sad that the present branch manager seems merely a rubber stamp and has no respect to our complaints, he openly says to close the account in your branch and go for an alternate.

4). It is also to inform that many of our staff members when doing banking transaction are not getting the sms on their registered phone but in the bank statement the sms charges are deducted abruptly.

I appreciate if you take immediate steps and depute any staff or the bank officer to take our requests and resolve the ongoing issues it will be of great help and also improve the working conditions at the said branch.

I am ordered a few items in Amazon app and orders get cancelled, they issue my refund, but iam not getting any refund.so, please allow my refund to my account.amazon refund after my order get cancelled but, amount not credited to my account!.
So, please consider this issue and help to get my money into my account.thank you sir/madam
