As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their and on dt 11/2/19 and the reference no is[protected] but amount 4950 has not been created in my account. Till late and continuously i am contacting customercare for this but not getting a replay for this. Indian bank customercare executive denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. I visited branch for solution and they contacted bill desk which is the payment gate way. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. I contact amazon, as per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look in to the matter at the earliest. Please look in to this matter as its very serious.
