Indian Bank — indian bank - refund amount not credited | |||
As i have book a train ticket using my indian bank debit card at 09.03.2019. Amount deducted from my account and not book a ticket. Refund amount had processed on 12.03.2019. Till date i did not get refund amount. I was contact to irctc regarding this refund amount. They gave refund reference id for further clarrfication with indian bank. Please check below message send by irctc customer card. "we deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. As your payment status for transaction was not communicated by the payment gateway in time, the ticket booking did not materialize and we have refunded the amount as per the following details.
