The refund has never been processed against payment made online on amazon website through Indian bank debit card. But no refund entry is visible in my bank account. Refund reference no. provided by amazon customer care is 30005402240077114238882 dt 10/08/2020 for amount Rs. 2718.00. Kindly process the refund to my bank account as till date no refund has been processed for above provided refund reference number.

Payed Rs.1520 using IB debit card to paytm on October 1st, 2020. Refund reference number quoted by the merchant is 75105170277003233908638. This refund is not reflecting on my account.
