My name is prathmesh tripat and i had ordered products of rs1499 and rs 875 fur jaden backpack and health pro body massager in amazon on 02-oct-2019 after 14th october i returned this due to personal reason. And on 14 october
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 0r8ud3tg0000k0obqxs5
And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

Has not been credited in my account now a day 23.10.2019

I have made a payment to school fees Rs 16394, due to some technical the amount has been debited from my account twice. I have raised a complaint on Indian Bank Online website Reference No. INET[protected] . BUT IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2O DAYS, NO RESPONSE FROM BANK.
