Indian Bank — Not processing the money into my account | |||
I have purchased sony wh-1000mx3 from amazon on 10th by making payment of 19, 990/- through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on 10th of August itself with refund reference number of 30005402240222209068519. I visited branch for solution and they kept saying we dint get the money, and now want to write some letters and stuff. I can't keep running behind them to solve an issue that they are responsible for contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. I called Indian bank, Bhagyanagar and they were rude, they weren't even trying to understand what I wanted to say.When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is about money and also the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution. Please kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
