Indian Bank — Not Properly Responsing for Complaints | |||
As per Government of India announcement``, I tried to take cash of Rs 2000 at "Big Bazaar" Express Avenue Mall, Chennai. on 27-November-2016 with My Debit card NO:[protected], transaction has cancelled and got statement like "Cash-Reversed" But I checked the statement and It's mentioned as "Point of Purchase" and Rs 2000 has taken from My Account, I checked with Big Bazaar, got "Payment not received letter". I submitted the Proofs and raised a Complaint with Indian Bank, Mannady Branch four times. But they won't responding properly. Asst Branch Manager and Chief Manager is not answering My Complaints. I asked for complaint acknowledgement to raise complaint against this in court, but they reject to acknowledge My Complaints. Please take action against this complaint.
