Indian Bank — online payment issue do not refund amount

I am Isabella rani acconut no. [protected] last week i sent (24/02/2020) Rs.11031.00 Rupees manappuram finance application for the online payment but they hadn't received my money.They refunded my money to my account.I received transaction number also to be here (Refund return 26/02/2020)
(Refer no.30001000580055229355910) But still i am not received my money through account.so kindly release my amount to my account.

I had paid through Paytm Rs 1802 for the payment on 7th march 2020.vide id no [protected].and the saving account was debit rs 1802/
and transaction was failed.you are requested to look into the matter for the said amount credit in my account.
