Indian Bank — Online transaction failure | |||
Hello sir/madam, My name is shivam having indian bank a/c no.[protected]. I have recharged my dishtv plan on 15th march 2017 for rs. 1620. The transaction got failed. But till now its more than a month and i didn't receive any refund. I had already talked to the concerned parties (Dishtv, payu payment gateway, indian bank), & the conclusion is that the fault is from my bank side. Now when i talked to my bank branch manager, he told me that it will take 3-4 months to resolve the issue. I am a student, & though a small amount, it costs a lot for me.
