Indian Bank — proceed my cash | |||
I have cancelled an order from amazon on 22/02/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 23/02/20w0 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.
