Indian Bank — refund amount not credited in my account which was initiated by "myntra" | |||
Respected sir/ madam, i have ordered two products worth rupees 703 and 719 respectively at "myntra" later i have returned the product so that myntra has initiated refund amount of worth rupees 703 and 719 on (21st & 22nd january 2020) respectively but still now i didn't receive amount to my account. They provide a refund reference number which was (30003800230011089824433 and 30003800240011089824431) so, please do solve the issue as soon as possible, already i contacted your bank online customer as well as near indian bank branch but there is no use so, i put a complaint with this format. I have ordered an product in Amazon and that has been returned back but that amount is not refunded to me the Amazon customer is telling that need to verify by you bank my bank person is telling you didn't recieved any amount I have paid to card only now i don't where is that amount so please take action and try to refund
