Kindly refund the amount for rs.12900/-for the reference no. 75503729087028175694483 given to us by amazon for the transaction of 23rd march 2019 which was cancelled by amazon as delivery for them at our place was not possible and they asked us that they have refunded our amount while we didn't get any refund as it has been one month, while calling to atm service center of indian bank, we were informed that the same refund will come up to 20th april, 2019, even after one month no one is receiving our call at corporate office of indian bank and they are not refunding the my funds as it was confirmed by officer of indian bank that amount has come to them.
