Dear sir
I ordered an item on 2 august 2019 from myntra with amount of 3078.88 rupees and paid the amount by indian debit card number ([protected]). I receive the item on 7 august and i reture it on 9 august. I got a message from myntra your product has been successfully recieved and the amount will be credit to your account 7 to 10 days. But amount is not credit yet. Plz look into this matter

I have a query relating to the deduction from my account. So I tried to contact my branch several times but they didn't pick my call.I found they're so irresponsible to the customers.

I ordered cello flask on Amazon 9th August and cancelled it on the same day 9th August. But my refund is not processed.
