Indian Bank — refund from swiggy not credited to my indian bank debit card till today | |
Sir, I have done a payment on swiggy on11 oct 2019 of rupees 119. Due to adequate food he refunds 75 rupees (6 amazon pay + 69 debit card) 6 rupees added immediately but 69 rupees not done my account till today. Kindly provide me resolution regarding this. I talk regarding customer care he sends very wrong mail and with the wrong transaction number and reference number. He sends many times different massage regarding reference number and money deducting kindly see this and take action against customer care and provide me a resolution regarding my complaint.
