Dear sir I have ordered a redmi 6pro mobile from Amazon.The order of phone has been canceled form amazon due to delivery area.They have initiated the refund process. But it doesn't credited to my account . The reference number is 4T0RFRNA0000K4Q3EYTU.it has been 10days already, but i have not received my refund amount .
