I ordered a product from Paytm Moll paid the amount but later i canceled. They had initiated the amount of 429 rs. Prof from Paytm Moll transaction id email is

(Uon checking, i see that the refund of rs.429.00 has already been processed from our side on monday, 30 July, 2018 and the reference number for the transaction is "[protected]" which is the proof from the bank side stating that they have received the ordered a product from amazon paid the amount but later i canceled. They had initiated the amount of 379 rs. Prof from amazon email is

(Uon checking, i see that the refund of rs.379.00 has already been processed from our side on monday, 23 april, 2018 and the reference number for the transaction is "[30001082128207189102447]" which is the proof from the bank side stating that they have received the amount from Paytm Moll.)
days have passed i havent recieved thr amount to ny banj account no [protected].
Please refund my money today... from amazon.)

18 days have passed i havent recieved thr amount to my bankaccount no [protected].
Please refund my money today...
