Indian Bank — refund not provided | |||
My name is yash vijay and i had ordered a product of rs. (5546) (Samsung galaxy m10s stainless black, 3gbram, super amoled display, 32gb storage, 4000mah battery) in amazon on (21 - oct - 2019) & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (27 oct 2019) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (# 1ukiqdn80000k1rncelo) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
