Indian Bank — refund of rs. 48, 990 has been not credited in my bank of baroda account which has refunded form amazon

Refund of rs. 48, 990 has been not credited in my bank of baroda account which has refunded form amazon and order id is[protected] and refund reference number of the refund is #75503720079039005256285 but, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying that no amount has been received by them form amazon and i have already to talked to amazon again and again but there is no response so i need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible
