I have ordered a top name dressberry in myntra online shopping for an amount of rs399.93,
It is said from myntra that they have refunded the amount and already initiated on 23 jan 2020 with reference no[protected] but till today that is[protected] the amount has not reflected in my account bearing no. [protected], gurkhabasti west tripura. Please see the matter as early as possible.

I've placed an order in amazon with online payment through debit card of Indian bank, and order was successful, and I canceled that order and refund was not came back, amazon customer care telling we already initiated refund please raise a complaint through charge dispute form
