Indian Bank — regarding deduction of amount twice from my account | |||
My account name - mahima chaudhary Acc. No[protected] Branch - jhunjhunu I swipe my card for payment on 1/10/18 at skechers outlet, g. T. Jaipur for shopping. On first swipe, transaction was failed but amount of 6198 rs was deducted. On second time transaction was successful and again amount of 6198 rs was deducted. I complained at my home branch but till today on 9/10/18 amount is not refunded. So plz note the complaint and solve the same. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

When i transfer a amount from my net banking to another account it shows error and the amount has debited but the amount has not credited to another account

I have done transaction of rupees 6.5k (indigo) on 16/09/2018.Transaction was failed.but the money was transected.on 17/09/2018, indigo company claimed that they have refunded the money back. But I didn't received any transaction thereafter.
I have the transaction id provided by indigo company. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you.
