Indian Oil Corporation — Against petrol bunk

I have filled petrol at Ravichandra IOC Dealers Coimbatore 1053 Avanashi Road, Coimbatore 641018 on 20.10.2015 at 15.04.26 hrs for Rs.500/- but there is no drop of petrol was filled through the said pump; Again I I have filled up for another Rs.500/- at 15.04.26 hrs on the same petrol bunk; This was also noticed to the owner. I have obtained the bill; Please register this complaint and my grievances may be sent to Indian Oil Corporation for monitoring the petrol bunk so that innocent should not be cheated.
