Indian Oil Corporation — complaint against Cheating for filling less petrol at Satbir Filling Station, IGI High Way No.8 Rangpuri, New Delhi-110037

On dated 21.06.2015 at about 1630 hrs. I approached with my car at Satbir Filling Station, IGI High Way No.8 Rangpuri, New Delhi-110037 (TIN No.[protected]) Telephone No. 25064727 and asked to fill the petrol of Rs.1000/- (One Thousand). On this the statrted filling and after filling for some time, he stopped the meter and showed that the petrol is issued. I objected that the fuel is not given in full quantity. But the fellow filled the petrol insisted that it is filled completely. I asked that the meter is not showing the quantity of the petrol issued. The meter was only showing the amount of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand) only which was not correct. The meter should showthe amount as well as the quantity. But they did not accepted it. I objected that the operator has not filled the full quantity of the petrol and stopped the meter in between. The few other operator standing by side also gathered there and opined in favour of the operator. I asked them that I will complaint against the cheating for filling the less fuel. I took the number from the big board of the atuhority and tried to contact with the authority of Indian Oil Corporation for my complaint through my mobile No. [protected] but the ring was going on and nobody picked up the phone twice. I was not having any option except to leave the place with my cheated condition. This is the condition of our system and the govt of NDA or BJP is beating the drum of honesty and for honesty we have voted the present party not for the scam like the past govt. Though we are said to be senior citizen but found ourselves cheated like this.I asked for receipt, I have been issued the hand written receipt No.76628 dated 21.06.15 for whole amount and complete fuel.
