[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation — DBT not received for 2013 and 2014

Have availed Indane connection and was charged as per market rate in Feb-13(rs 895.5) and Feb14 (rs 1129). I had already linked my aadhar card with my HDFC bank account and IOCL as well. Firstly I visited distributor Munikrupa Agency-II (Ahmedabad) where in he directed to contact IOCL toll free number; after trying for days to reach customer care executive on [protected] I registered my concern with them after 10-15 days they replied that I need to check with my Bank and they cannot help me; at that time DBTL was stopped my government and discounted refill was 12 per year; I contacted my HDFC bank and they confirmed no money is transferred to my account; now since days I am trying to contact toll free number but not getting any response can you help.
