Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — About salary to delivery boy

As as we a delivery boy in iocl distribution given to veeresh gas agency. We the are the delivery boys in veeresh gas agency we are not getting paid to our work the distributer veeresh gas agency is paying only 4000 some delivery boy and 7000 for some boys. They are not providing any facilities given by iocl. If we ask hike in salary they we tell the amount they are giving is high and they will not give more and scold in volger words to delivery boys. They are not getting any esi pf salary slil and any insurance.
So please we are requested to solve our problems by taking special interest.
