My name is biji joseph. My consumer no.is 21901, with geo gas agency thodupuzha.kerala. when i approched the agency for replacement of gas regulator, the staff asked for rs.75. I insisted for cash bill. They given bill which i am attaching. It is documentation charges for regulator replacement..l think the replacement should be done free of cost as i am already paid for it at the time of connection.please consider my complaint and do the needfull and inform me. The agency may be charging the same from other consumers also.

Dear Biji I too have given Rs.75/- for changing regulator. At least you go the bill. I didn't get the bill. They told me they will not give bill for documentation charges. My friend replace his Bharat Gas regulator with Bharat gas with free of cost
