I am a regular customer of the Indian oil petrol pump shatrinagar for last 10 years and I have two cars, Maruti800petrol car andSwift VDI a diesel car.I use CITI bank credit card (indianOil) and usually get my car tank fully filled once a month. Today, I got my Swift car tank Fully filled and the worker misbehaved. I made a complaint with the manager but he did'nt say anything.Such incidents happen usually there so I request your higher local authorities to see the matter.
