Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Charged extra money

I booked LPG cylinder from Indian oil Corporation on 7th-Apr-2025 with amount of 855 INR. I paid full amount at the time of booking. When delivery boy came to delivery the cylinder he charges extra amount 50INR. he said Due to increase of cylinder prices we charging extra amount. But at the time of booking it showed only 855INR and there is no announcement of price increase.

In the Invoice it showing 855INR only. but they charged extra 50 rupees. I was very serious about this concern and I wanted to file a complaint on them. Please take a look into this issue.
