Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Cng machineries are not working properly at cng pump

I have a cng vehicle. I'm regularly using this for commercial purpose. For filling I am daily going to freedom CNG pump at kannur Kerala. First of all the timing is bad it's 7am to night 8pm only. That's main issue. This is one and only CNG pump is there in our town. I have to drive more than 15kms to this pump to refill the vehicle. Second thing is filling problem. It's not working properly. Always has compressor problem. They are not taking any initiative to resolve. Kindly accept this complaint and do the needful as soon as possible.
