Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — consumer id: [protected] : mis-used /fraudantly booked and took delivery of 2 lpg cylinders on 31st march 2025 and 2nd april 2025

Dear Team,
This is regarding MIS-USE/FRAUDANTLY booked and delivery of 2 LPG cylinders on my consumer id.
On 31st march 2025 and 2nd April 2025 I have received total 5 text messages on my mobile number registered with INDANE[protected] regarding booking and delivery of the 2 LPG Cylinders respectively.
Here I want to tell you that I did not book any of those LPG Cylinders on 31st march 2025 and 2nd April 2025 and someone has misused /fraudantly booked and took delivery of those 2 LPG Cylinders on my ID.
I have also raised the 1st complaint on 31st march 2025 on INDANE MOBILE APP, complaint number is: ( #[protected] But the complaint had been closed without taken any action on it.
Then I have RE-OPENED the same complaint again . But it is very unfortunate that it had been again closed without taken any action on it. And then the option to RE-OPEN it had also disappeared from there.
After raised the 1st complaint on 31st march 2025, AGAIN on 2nd April 2025 someone had misused...meone/anyone booked and took delivery of 2 LPG Cylinders while I DID NOT book and took delivery for the same ?
THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER. PLEASE TELL HOW THIS COULD HAPPENED WITH ANY CUSTOMER AND WHAT ACTION HAVE YOU TAKEN OR YOU WILL TAKE FOR THE SAME ?

2nd April 2025- 12:52 PM- Order delivered with invoice no.[protected]

Can't Believe IOCL has no time to give reply on the FRAUD which is going on in their company.
I clearly told everything about the fraud but I think IOCL already knows about all this and dont want to control the things OR may be it is now out of control from their hands.
