Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Consumer No:- [protected] | Indane Gas double cylinder security deposit refund issue

This is to bring you to notice that I am an Indane gas consumer having consumer no: [protected] had connections from Sri Gokhula Indane Agency([protected]), Gola Road, Patna, Bihar-801503.
Due to transfer to Bhubaneswar i had submitted the empty refill cylinder to your distributor to get the transfer voucher completed on 25th March22, against which distributor haven't refunded the amount till date. After repeatedly following up with the distributor over phone, your distributor is not responding, as it's not possible for me to go to Patna from Bhubaneswar to collect the amount.

Sri Gokhula Indane Agency([protected]), is destroying image of indane as they are cheating consumers, they have given excuses that agency proprietor is out of town/ out of country and will refund money over digital mode once transfer voucher is signed by proprietor of Sri Gokhula Indane Agency([protected])
