Dated 22/08/2017 cylinder booked cash memo no [protected]
All the three numbers were not booked by me or by other members of my family from my telephone number [protected]
I thank that some third party is booking cylinder on my consumer id.
Necessary action may kindly be solicited to prevent such type of cheating the govt. Or indian oil corporation.
