Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Cylinder not delivered but message came as delivered/rash reply by apscsc distributor hyderabad

My INDANE Gas Distributor is A.P.S.C.S.CORP LTD SECUNDERABAD and my consumer number is : 26544. I have booked refill request on 1 oct 2015 through IVRS with BOOKING NO. 375530. Cash Memo number [protected] But the booking gas has not been deliverd on 16th oct 2015 but meassege came as delieverd.Delivery Boy dint come till now i.e.on 1 nov 2015, how can it be delieverd and for whom they deliverd. Neither anyone picks up phone in Distributor's Ofiice nor INDANE Complain toll free number works.I am not sure, how does the landline serves in distributor office.I have only single connection which has been finished 32 days back Its getting difficult. Please resolve ASAP. and my aadhar number[protected] is wrongly entered, my consumer num 26544, i had submitted the hard copy of aadhar and andhra bank in apscsc dealer long back so please add my aadhar number and andhra bank account number [protected] to my account i am not receiving my cylinder due to this issue. so i booked again on 23 oct 2015 ref number 385519.so please let me know the last cyclinder status where it has been delivered..my cell num [protected]..please reply asap.
