Hi Team,
Myself K Vijaya Nirmala (Cons no : - [protected]) placed order for LPG refilling on[protected] and we have received the SMS on[protected] saying that it's been delivered but in actual, it is not delivered. So I first contacted the delivery agent his name is Mallikarjuna (Phone No : [protected]) but he is not picking up the call. Hence contacted our agency 'SID-MA AGENCY' (Phone number :[protected] and a lady picked the call and she outright rude while explaining the issue.
I have explained the issue clearly but she said it will be delivered soon and cut the call without any proper resolution so I called again but she is disconnecting it as soon as she recognize my voice such a mannerless person she is.
Please note that, We have already made the payment (Online) and this is the first time we have encountered the issue. and we are in position that, Not sure why it has happened. It's agency responsibility to handle the issues but if you have such rude persons who interact with the customers how do we get the resolutions? Was this information helpful? |
