So kindly let me know the procedure to get the duplicate of it

The workers of INDANE oil company of guwahati branch, technico in Uzanbazar area ask for extra money every time they deliver the gas cylinder to our house .It has been somewhat a rule thaat we have to give them the money they ask for as if they do not get money from their agency.
How is this feasible in this economy when we are already paying such high prices for our gas cylinders.
This has gone beyond point as they force us to give the demanded money from 20-50 rupees everytime. This is unfair as we come from lower middle class family and cannot afford to give money as we are not responsible for that.
I want this complaint to be taken seriously as these delivery boys become rude when we do not give them their demanded extra money .They are doing their jobs, so how are we resonsible for extra money ?

So I first contacted the delivery agent his name is Mallikarjuna (Phone No : [protected]) but he is not picking up the call. Hence contacted our agency 'SID-MA AGENCY' (Phone number :[protected] and a lady picked the call...

Scam : At 4 instances (twice with my wife and twice with my son), same thing happened in this petrol pump. Modus Operandi of scamming people is like this - The customer asks for filling fuel for Rs. 500. The petrol filler fills for lower amount say Rs.100 and stops. When you again tell him that fuel for Rs. 500 was asked; at that particular moment, cashier or some other petrol pump staff inquires customer about the mode of payment. The moment customer responds to the distractor, filler starts filling without resetting the meter reading to Zero. When confronted about not resetting the meter, the filler says that pump won't release more petrol without resetting. So customer ends up with short filled fuel and paying more. This has happened with both of my family member. They target innocent looking customer and cheat them. I tried to find the name of this particular petrol pump (located at Instrumentation Limited Colony, Kota) at Indian oil website but was unable to find it. Since they are selling Indian Oil fuel, it is imperative that Indian Oil looks into the malicious activities being done by this Petrol Pump. We have been looted in total Rs. 400 ( Rs 100 every time in four instances). Indian Oil is expected to look into the open looting being done by this petrol pump.

Even though I was paid Rs 15 extra (Bill 1055, paid 1070), he was told, do not have shame to pay only 15rs extra.

On date 05/11/2022 and06/11/2022 Many people who filled petrol in Indian petrol bunk in Rattihalli taluka Rattihalli town (near bagat singh circle Haveri district karnataka pin 581116) complaining kerosene mixed in petrol whole of the rea smells with the same. Around 10:30 on 06/11/2022 I took Rs 20 sample of petrol in water bottle and checked thoroughly yes it is kerosene mixed.

Request you to send appropriate authority and can put sample into test then guilty proved should punish owner of petrol bun and cancel the license.

Hi, I visit malviya nagar petrol pump near hotal marriat but it was very bad experience. Not a sence of talking . All members looks like abuse and if possible they beat me . Reason they say *tu bike pe Aya hai hai me car walo ko dunga pehle agar jaldi hai ho kahi or Jaa" . You can understand in India mostly people have two-wheeler. If you can't respond and take action I will introduce one campin also regarding Indian oil petrol punb . If you want you can ask anyone of this are how rude the are. It's up to you I left today onwards Indian oil and Gus also if I am not receive any positive response.

Menager also not supported. His words I will explain if you can call [protected].

Yesterday night dated 04/11/2022 Time 19:48.
I went to get filling of 1500 rs. Petrol from Bhagwan Pur Filling Station Indian oil petrol pump-243004, after filling of 253Rs. Suddenly machine stopped and he said there's power cut and he filled fuel only for 1248 rs after even machine started from 253 again itself, by saying 253 rs fuel already filled before electricity cut. I requested him to don't cheat but owner or manager was not present. it's a complete case of fraud. I was with Santro Xing. I asked him to show the token of last two fills of machine. But he didn't showed it up.
Please take it into your account and kindly review for anything else let me know. I made the payment with credit card of ICICI Bank.

I have visited Indian oil petrol pump - karni vihar vardhman nagar near 200ft bypass road on 1st nov at 4:45pm for petrol they give me 600rs petrol my car is kwid 18ltr capacity tank. after petrol filled car was still in reserve i asked them about this they said it will show.
but today morning my car showing very low petrol so i have to rush petrol pump again.
in 600rs petrol my car only run 18 km.

My consumer no CX 12409804. I had booked a gas refill on26/10/2022. Till today I haven't got the cylinder. I called up the agency. They said they would deliver it now. But the one who brings the Gas is not responding. He is acting too smart. His behaviour is so wicked. He said he would come in half an hour ie at 11:15. I'm raising this complaint at 1:10 a.m till now he has not brought the cylinder. I called him on the cell he is not picking up.

This morning Nov 1st 2022 i was denied for Air refill service from SS SERVICE STATION INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP, HIRESAVE, HASSAN -NH-48, MANGALORE Bangalore highway. REASON sited was we need to purchase fuel first, as we refuelled to full tank as attached bill, and showed them inspite attendents were roude and suggested to refill air where we had refuel. I was not excepting from INDIAN OIL. and hope necessary action taken against the distributor atthe earliest. Hopping to hear from you soon for the above subject.

I have booked a gas on 31/10/2022, after receiving a message i have done the online payment.the amount 1016/- was successfully debited from my account but late i got a message that transaction was not successful. When can I get my refund and to whom should I contact for my refund

I was coming from Agra to Delhi and stopped at the petrol pump on 100km marker ( post the first toll). There was a huge line and customers were falsely said to park for petrol but there was no normal petrol and when customers were arriving they were forced to fill in XP100 priced at 160/l compared to less than 100 for normal petrol. On top of that the staff was very bad and fighting with the customers.
You should consider changing the partner or something

Tried many pumps, a carcass / dead body of Air Facility is there but none was operational. When you ask Pump attendants, they respond with Poker face _ Chaloo nahin hai_ ! Aren’t they supposed to provide this free ? Including few pics of pump (IOC) with no name or contact Nos provided.
Travelled more in Udaipur Chittor road … luckily the one named Rameshwar Automobiles had operative pump, these people deserve applause and the previous one just before Singhania college on udaipur chittor road.

Today 26 oct 2022 i went to fill petrol in kanpur chakeri petrol pump pincode 208007. and ask to fill 2liter petrol but they refused to give petrol in liters because they don't take payment in online mode. And they ask me to fill petrol in round figure like 100 or 200. Is that any guideline in your company that u will not take payment in online mode. Kindly make correction in your process or guide the petrol pump workers to get payment through online mode

I used the puncture shop facility located in this gas station for my car on 15th Oct 2022 Totally they charged exorbitant Rs 1801 for 2 mushroom puncture Here is the breakup 2 Mushroom puncture Rs 1400 Rs 750 each 1 normal puncture Rs 150 Workman ship charges Rs 250 Total charges paid Rs1801 enclosed my credit card statement Is puncture shops are authorized by IOC Other IOC petrol bunks charges Rs 400 per mushroom puncture including workmanship charges Not trustworthy

Today I got message from Indane that your cylinder has been booked today at 11:20am n then again message came that it has been delivered at 11:32..I am shocked how is it possible as I didn't do so..it's clearly a fraud which is unacceptable.. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible..

Today around 4.30pm, i went to fill the petrol at IOC filling station (Dealer code191601) at near balanagar metro station, Hyderabad. here, the pump owner maintaining separate pumps for normal and extra premium. in another pump, they are maintaining extra premium petrol and normal petrol also. but they are not filling normal petrol there, they sticked very small sticker on the pump, which is not visible and customers will not notice the price. if you check, you can easily notice that they are cheating.
For this issue, i want to complaint and enquired and demanded complaint register, Even after arguing, the filling station people not provided the complaint register.
This is very bad and worst that they are intentionally making cheating.

I demand a serious enquiry and need to correct the dealer and waiting for reply.

Respected sir today on 4.30 pm date 23/10/2022 i purchased petrol for my bike the amount is 673.24 RS, i paid lum sum 673 rs to sells man.after that sells man got angry & fully harrased me for reminng amout of .24 paise.i agreed with him to pay 1 rs more than .24 paise but sells man not agreeing.
He told me & forced me to purchase 6 rs oil for .24 paisa.
its looking like "DADAGEERI" of PANWAR PETROLIUM, i am feeling fully harrased from IOCL outlet PANWAR PETROLIUM.
i wants a reply why IOCLgive me 6 ruppe petrol fuel for 24 pasa amount of thier remining amount.
i will go to UPBHOKTA MANCH or court for this harrasment, i wants a clerification from IOCL & PANWAR PETROLIUM ( indial oil petrolium), Sikar - Salasar Road, infront of mooli devi park, near chandpole police chowki, dist. Sikar, rajasthan, pin 332001.
