Cash Memo

Address: South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

P L Gas Agency are our authorized distributors of domestic cooking gas. Normally they take over three weeks to supply the cylinder after the booking has been made. The point I wish to highlight is their cash memo bears the date on which the booking has been made and not the delivery date which it should rightfully and legally bear. The cash memo indicates that the booking and the delivery date is one and the same. This leaves a lot of scope...

Gas leak complaint

I had noticed that there was a gas leak in the cylinder on 02/1/2010. From that day onwards have been trying to contact my gas agency but all the three phone lines are always busy. I doubt that the phone receivers are all kept down. When I had contacted their emergency number, they say that they take complaints only during the nights. When i tried contacting them in night even that line is always busy. As I am employed, I cannot personally...

Delayed Refill Supply

My consumer no is 38889 with Shriram Gas Agency of Alkapuri Vadodara. At no instance they have delivered the refill within given schedules. On complaining personally they have ready excuses and assure of arranging supply shortly. Ultimately it is done only when they actually wish. This puts us in trouble as we have to remain home expecting their delivery man to deliver whenever they like. Can you help improve such services anyway?...

delay in delivery of gas cylinders.

Even after 45 days, gas is not delivered. Is there such acute shortage of gas. HP gas agencies deliver gas within a few days. Why so with this Indane gas agencies , specifically Sandhya Gas agencies. Are they selling cylinders out? Public say goes that these can be sold out at a black price of Rs.550. We have additional cylinder too. But, one cylinder does not come for 45 days, which is the booking time for next. This causes much problems....
