Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Delay in Gas cylinder supply

Dear Sir,
My LPG consumer number is [protected]. The name of my gas distributor is Mohan & Mohan, which is located in Faridabad. I want to tell you that on 2nd August 2021 I had ordered my cylinder Through online and taking PTD services for which I had paid Rs 50/- extra because both me and my wife is working and not stay at home during the day. So I had booked the slot before 8 AM on 2nd August 2021 (Tuesday) but I didn't get the cylinder delivery by the agency in time. Due to which my wife had take a leave from the office,
we have lodge a complaint to the Customer care about it and also go to the Agency and complain to them also but he told me that we have not given the option of PTD delivery, it has been given by Indian Oil Company and you talk to them. He did not answer any of my questions properly. Now you tell me that at first I gave Rs.50 rupees extra, which was of no use to me and due to the mistake of the agency, my wife take a leave, due to which her salary for one day was also deducted. So I request you to kindly refund the Rs.50 rupees given by me and strict action should be taken against the agency and also inform me about it as soon as possible.
