Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — error in my new connection. very bad service | |||
I have applied for a gas connection. It got released from distributor's end. But it is not showing me online in my account. So will i be able to check the details of my account and do online booking. In addition to it my dealer (Agnihotri gas service) informed me that your account is showing one more ujjwala connection linked to adhhar no ending with 9144. When we dont have any bpl card how can we have a ujjwala connection. I cant understand why it is linked to my account. I want complete updation and information why some unknown connection is linked to my account and remove it as soon as possible and confirm me about subsidy of my current account I am fed up of complaining against indian oil again and again. I called the customer care again and again. Either their no is busy or when gets connected, it keeps on hold and then automatically disconnected. I cant understand what is happening with indane. From manager to some staff are not following rule subject to consumer services.
Manager is also not replying to customer.
Manager is also pressure under staff. So anyone having power in the position to solve nonsense behave. Please do something.
