Hi,

I am a customer with indane lpg gas service since quite long. My first gas agency was kay aar enterprises old rohtak road, delhi. But i have changed my distributor because we had shifted to our new house which is in aman vihar, kirari suleman nagar, delhi - 110086 (North west zone) as my father retired form railway. My current distributor is goodwill gas agency add - f-3/446, jj colony sultanpuri, new delhi.

I want to highlight some points about the distributor which making customers in hassle. The people who is taking care of this agency are totally fraud or might be they don't have enough control to operate agency in a better way. Please find the below point which needs urgent resolution to help desperate customers :-

* gas has been booked by me on 29th dec 2017 with consumer number - cx14803910 which is registered in my name. Expected delivery was in 4-6 days as per the massage from id-indane. On 30th dec 17, i got msg that cash memo [protected] of amount rs. 747 generated fir booking no. 493343. On 2nd jan 2018, i received msg that your cyl is delivered with cash memo no. [protected]. But i didn't get any cylinder on my house. So, as per me its a clear picture of fraud. Please find the relevant massages screenshots in attachment.

* when i visited there 2 or 3 times to update my connection with agency. I noticed that people are facing problem with the agency.in one scenario, one old man came with the issue that he didn't get his cylinder even after 2 weeks of booking. He was putting his situation to the agency owner that sir, every time we book a cyl it comes so late and every time i need to come to your agency for the problem. I got frustrated with your response and feels unhealed. Agency owner then suddenly called to the cyl delivery boy of that area and scolding him on the phone. So, i got an idea that they have no control on the boys as well who deliver the cylinder to house. Or might be the local boys also sell the cyl in black and confirm to the owner that we didn't find the address.

* lots of people, comes with query what i noticed in my activation period when i visited there, ex - i didn't get my cylinder on time, some have delivery boy number but he is not responding etc.

I hope you take a necessary action for the above complaint because if you take step now i will discourage them to do it again in future.
