Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — fuel adulteration

My car nissan sunny is only 2 years old and in as good as new condition. I purchased & filled petrol from the petrol pump on senapati bapat marg, near lokmanya tilak high school, mahim west mumbai, on august 9th.

After a short while within 1/2 hour the car started stalling and there was no pick up even though accelerator was being pressed. Car was sputtering and shutting down engine.
Sent the car to authorized sunny workshop in turbhe and they said it was a result of fuel mixing / fuel adulteration and had everything cleaned up (Fuel line, cleaning injector change, spark plug change etc.).
Upon my request the adulterated fuel was stored and sent back to me in a can
I had to pay amount of rs, 4100/- to have all spark plugs and other parts changed,
Now car is running smoothly after repairs.
But this complaint is against the petrol pump and request to conduct qulaity check there.
Also request to kindly collect adulterated sample (With me) for further lab analysis, or alternatively to intimate where i can get lab testing done on these samples.
Urgent action required and requested.
