I madan singh from rishikesh, i am travelling from bihar to uttarakhand by my bike dl7sau1372 on 22nd may2017 with my brother. My bike show reserve at sitapur utarpardeh. So i am going india petroleum located right side of after lawen choked sitapur barely root for refilling petrol but the petrol pump worker not set zero and start to refilling then my brother asked me when i asked to set zero the worker abuse me, therefore i am going to cabin of manager and asked to comment ragister for complen len but some workers come and fight me and my brother when we go police chouki at lawen chauk and give a application, police go at petrol pump but petrol pump malik call high level officer and police not help us and protect to petrol pump malik and karmchari
