[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — In online indane gas refill booking money deducted, booking not done | |||||
Sir I, did an online booking of a refill of lpg gas using following link, in which I made an online Payment of rs 559/-, but nothing is visible under tab cylinder booking history: https://indane.co.in/consumer_reports.php My consumer details are as under: Lpg id 3 [protected] Consumer status active Consumer no cx23665107 Consumer name krishna. Devi Address h no - 495, sector 15, panchkula City / town panchkula Contact details (Mobile) [protected] I then tried to book again, but the message displayed is as under: Previously paid refill booking amount on[protected]: rs. 559.00 It seems there is some bug in the software; on checking with the dealer (M/s Satyam) simple answer given was that system does not show any booking & nothing at his end is possible. I request you to resolve the issue of non booking of my cylinder booking, Especially when payment is already deducted from my account (I did online booking with payment made, in the current demonetization national issue).
