[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Inconvenience to get gas transfer

Sir,

I am sorry to say that the most inconvenience caused to me by your agency/dealer, while transferring my domestic gas connection from Bengaluru (Ideal Enterprises) to Nelamangala (S.V.Indane gas agency) Bengaluru Rural Dist. transfer letter submitted to SV Indane Gas agency on 13.12.2016.

Transfer appl.Date:10.12.2013
Fresh Trf appl Dat:13.12.2016 (S.V.Indane gas Agency)
till now no connection sanctioned to me
when i inquired in S.V.Gas agency they told me that the problem is from your(HP Gas Co.)
How can i come out from a problem.
i am in urgency...
