Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Indane gas subsidy | |||||
Sir, I changed my gas distributor and joined Balagarh indane service on 15/12/2016. I resubmitted all my kyc documents including aadhaar card on the same day. Also I booked 2 cylinders on that day. I didn't get any subsidy for those 2 cylinders. On enquiry the distributor told me that my aadhaar was seeded on 16/12/2016. That's why I didn't get the subsidy. I fail to understand why the customer would suffer because of delay on your part. Please provide me a proper explanation for this. My consumer no. 25972737 Order no.
