Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — LPG Indane Cylinder Payment done Online but Booking not done due to Technical error | |||||
Dear Sir My Consumer No is [protected] . On 31st March 2017 i did one cylinder refill booking through indane website .It showed below msg: Indane Distributor: GOLDEN GAS SERVICE Your payment transaction reference 915734 dated[protected] is successfully received, however your booking has failed due to some technical reason, you are requested to book again from Order/Track your Refill. Your payment amount will be adjusted in the future bookings executed from website. Now when i try next booking through Website of indane gas cylinder refill, it says invalid access . My money is stuck, neither i can book new cylinder to adjust the previous faulty booking nor i can get the refund of previous payment done without a refill . Registered complaint at Indane tollfree [protected], complaint number is 2995754, but in vain . Do not know how to recover my money .
