Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — lpg subsidy has not been received

I am not getting lpg subsidy in my bank account.
I have raised complain (Srn no. 3407571) via toll free no.[protected] but it is not resolved yet.
My aadhar number already registered with bank account as well as with distributor.
Here is the distributor details :
