It is to intimate that my wife namely kalaivani. S and she is consumer of sree jeyam gas agency, teynampet (Consumer no :[protected]). She was booked indane gas refill through ivrs on 10.10.18 and paid an amount of rs. 897.67 on 11.10.2018, as per the link sent by indian oil corporation ltd, through my sbi net banking. But, on 13.10.2018 delivery boy is refill delivered and collected by cash an amount of rs.897.67 from me. He said, above online transaction amount is not received office so, refill amount collected. 2. Hence, i was complaint to sbi regarding missing of online transaction money. After checking transactions, the officials of sbi (Besant nagar branch) intimated that the aforesaid payment paid through online has been received by concerned merchant i. E. Ioc ltd and asked me to approach ioc or gas agency authorities for refund. On line transaction made on 11.10.2018 at about 06.37 hrs and the reference no. Is igaenvgiq1. Then, i went to above indane gas agency submit submit a written complaint on 24.11.18 but, no use/response till date. 3. It is requested that the amount rs.897.67 paid through net banking on 11.10.2018 for booking of indane gas refill may kindly be returned/reversed back to my account number as stated above at the earliest please.
