Hello,
I have applied for new gas connection and status is kyc generated. Status is "pending for dedup".
Unfortunately we cant understand what does this status mean, hope they put some meaning ful status which is understood by customer.
Secondly i call the distributor landline number[protected] mentioned in indane website and it says the number is no longer working :- (
Then i called the toll free number in indane website, customer care representative says server is down :- (

Whom should i reach for my status, will i be getting the new connection??? Below is the mail i got
